Rajeev is an Engineer from IIT-BHU and a management graduate from IMT and has over two decades of industry experience, having worked in diverse sectors in a variety of profiles. ( Earlier worked for MNC’s like Lurgi, HLL, etc).Rajeev set up the Indian operations of Resource Development International, the UK based Education and Consulting organization. He created an advisory board consisting of Industry and education experts and established the company as a key player in its field.Rajeev has been involved in consulting and training assignments with both large & small corporates as well as Educational Institutions. His area of consulting with corporates have revolved around Strategic interventions to achieve higher productivity and building more vibrant organizations. His passion lies in the area of employee engagement and team synergy in organizations. Manga is a Master Coach, Trainer, and HR Consultant who has hands-on value is driven experience in training, psychotherapeutic interventions and counselling for more than 15 years. Graduated from Delhi University.He has been involved in training and coaching more than 5000 corporate managers and his trainees include people from JK Industries, Chambal Fertilisers, Alstom, Wipro, Flextronics, India Today Group, Motherson Sumi, NTPC, Oriental Insurance, IBM, GAIL, Indian Oil, Maruti Udyog, Metzeler,   Punj Lloyd, Nirulas, etc.Engaged by and associated with different forums (ASSOCHAM, NASSCOM, PHDCCI, CMAI, CNI, and MMA) as an expert speaker on HR issues. Has led and managed a number of projects related to behavioural interventions in organisations like IBM, Cisco, Mobil, Maruti Udyog and Wipro BPO.  He has been instrumental in combining coaching, counselling and training for enhanced organisational results.
